Foundation Welcomes New Board

Riverside Foundation for Health Care has welcomed a new member to its board of directors.

Meghan Cox joined the board for a three year term at the Riverside Foundation for Health's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday. Cox filled the only vacancy on the board.

Returning to the board of directors for three-year terms are Kim Jo Bliss and Rob Georgeson. Also returning for one-year terms are Bev Langner who was appointed as the Rainy River Hospital Auxiliary rep, Susan Irvine who was appointed as the Emo & District Hospital Auxiliary rep, and Carlene Steiner who was appointed as the Riverside Health Care Facilities rep.

Continuing their terms are Delaine McLeod, Paul Brunetta, Livia Lundon, Bill Gushulak and Tyler Couisneau.

The board thanks outgoing members Janet Lambert who served a one-year term as the LVGH Auxiliary rep, and Tammy Kellar who served an outstanding 21 years as a board member.

At the inaugural meeting of the board of directors, held immediately following the AGM, Delaine McLeod was elected to have her name stand as Chair, while Paul Brunetta was elected to have his name stand as vice-chair.
