Request for Proposals
To Provide Interpretive Design and Fabrication Services for Interpretive Signage & Wayfi nding
Heritage Tourism Project Phase II
The Town of Fort Frances requests proposals from interpretive design and fabrication companies with extensive experience in interpretive planning,
graphic design, production and installation of outdoor signage for the planning, design, fabrication, installation of exterior interpretive panels and way finding signage/banners as part of Phase II of the Fort Frances Heritage Tourism Plan.
Requests for proposal packages with complete Terms of Reference may be picked up at the information desk, Civic Centre, Town of Fort Frances.

Any proposals not necessarily accepted. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of the
Town in its sole and unfettered discretion.
The Town reserves the right to disqualify proposals not submitted in accordance with the requirements of the invitation.
The Town is governed by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, therefore proponent must accept that Proposal contents may be
made public as a condition of the public process.
